We hope that you and your little one will love the products you buy from us.  If, however, you find any item to be defective or unsatisfactory please let us know at once.  We will do everything we can to correct the matter. Refunds may be issued within the guidelines below for unused and unwashed items when done within 30 days.

Returns and exchanges can be shipped to our address below but please discuss this with us first to obtain an RMA number.

A store credit, minus shipping fees, will be issued for most exchanges. Should you prefer a refund to your credit card or PayPal, we will gladly do so minus a 10% restocking fee.

If the item you wish to return was purchased by someone else as a gift for you, we are happy to do an exchange or store credit but are unable to issue money back.

** A note about packaging ** Like most of you, we are intently concerned with sustainability and doing our part to reduce our own footprint on the earth. Please know that we use recycled packaging whenever and wherever possible. Boxes are reused, peanuts (if necessary) are obtained from other businessess who have already used them at least once. The same goes for fill paper. Our own Little Beetle wrappers, business cards and hang tags are printed on recycled paper and re-used every chance we get. We are always looking for ways to continue our commitment to unite planet friendliness with innovation.
