Little Beetle™ Organic Merino Wool Jersey Cover
(available only in natural/untreated wool)

Scrumptiously soft, fashion grade Organic Wool Jersey. Elegance in a turned and topstitched design. These covers provide a great natural cloth diaper cover option to be worn alone or under pants.

These are designed to best fit over Little Beetle diapers or a similar trim low rise diaper. They also work well with smaller lay in prefolds. For bulkier prefolds and/or higher rise diapers, we recommend the fuller covering of organic wool soaker shorts.

"I fell in love with these all over again with my newborn daughter. They fit perfectly from day one."

Long term considerations for stretchy wool December 14, 2010
Reviewer: Jess from Verona, WI United States
I have this cover with snaps and can't seem to keep from tearing out the snaps. The stretchy wool that makes the cover fit great also makes it impossible (for my husband and I at least) to unsnap them without maneuvering a fingernail to separate each snap, which can be rather tedious in a public restroom, for example.
We've also noticed the fabric seems to stretch out, as the cover has needed to be snapped to smaller settings to stay on (despite our son's growth from 6 to 21 months!). That means the wings tend to sag and it's hard to get on without further stressing the snaps.
Don't want to be such a naysayer, but others might think of going with the Aplix closure and NOT sizing up.

cover December 14, 2010
Reviewer: Kathy from Tn
I love the little beetle wool cover w/ snaps.  It is soooo soft and looks so comfy on my baby boy's tush and no marks any where on his body.  My boy is very small for his age and what I love about the bulkiness is that pants and shorts in his size fit w/ this cover on!  (smaller size pants are too short on him)  so that is another odd reason I like them so.  I have also never had a leak in these through the day or over night and all I use is one prefold underneath!

Little Beetles Wool covers March 4, 2010
Reviewer: Terra Janot from Lethbridge, AB Canada
I have been using these covers for a couple days now. I bought one soaker short, one w/ buttons, and two w/ velcro. So far, I love them all but prefer the velcro over all. The best thing of all is that my babys bum isnt all red from the chemicals and perfumes in disposables!!

Love It! January 19, 2010
Reviewer: Kathy
This cover is soft and stretchy and doesn't leave any marks on my son's skin when he wears it. Pair it with a prefold and doubler and you have a pretty good leakproof combination for naptime/bedtime. This is definitely one of my favorites!

Trim looking; generous fitting January 19, 2010
Reviewer: Nissa Van Riper
I have four types of wool covers at home and this is my favorite daytime diaper cover. Fits and looks great under clothes. Bum and rise look trim but EASILY cover my prefolds and my Growing Greens fitted diapers. (And I pack my diapers with cotton doublers for my heavy wetter.) Since baby clothes and their matching bloomers don't often fit over a cloth diapering system my Little Beetle cover is usually on display. The colors are great for matching with little dresses and tees. My only ding is that they don't last long when wet. Buy at least two for rotating because you have to change them out frequently. Even with that, it's still my fave. (As another reviewer pointed out, it's better to get your baby out of her wet diaper asap anyway, if you can.)
