Detergent
Last Updated: 02/10/2011
We suggest you avoid optical brighteners and whiteners, softeners, fragrances and other additives. We find that with natural fibers (like ours) tend to strongly prefer gentle cleaners. Charlie's Soap has a formulation which has proven to be deteriorating to our fabrics, especially the binding on Little Beetle Learners. Therefore we recommend this detergent be avoided for all Little Beetles even though it may be a fine choice for your other cloth diapers.

The Real Diaper Industry Association has a wonderful resource for finding a cloth diaper friendly detergent: http://detergent.realdiaperindustry.org/
