How do I return an item?
We hope that you and your little one love the products you buy from us. If, however, you find any item to be defective or unsatisfactory, we will do everything we can to correct the matter.
If you purchased the item from one of our retailers, please contact them immediately. They will make all the arrangements for repair or replacement with us per our wholesale agreement with them.
If you purchased the item from us, follow the instructions below:
First, fill out the form below at once, and we will generate an RMA # for you and then contact you via email. Then all you'll need to do is send the item(s) back to the address provided in that email; the address will include your generated RMA #.
Refunds may be issued within the guidelines below for unused and unwashed items -- within 30 days of purchase (or from the date of birth of a new child if items were purchased in advance of the birth).
A store credit, minus shipping fees, will be issued for most exchanges. Should you prefer a refund to your credit card or PayPal, we can do so minus a 10% restocking fee*.
If the item you wish to return was purchased by someone else as a gift for you, we are happy to do an exchange or store credit but are unable to issue money back.
We
will process store credit or refunds the same day we receive the items, provided they are in new and unwashed condition.
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on your credit
card statement.
